But our experience didn’t start in 2019.
David and Jeremy have been working on and servicing hot tubs since 2009 — diagnosing issues, repairing systems, and seeing firsthand what holds up over time and what doesn’t.
That service-first background is what shaped MinnSpas from day one.
Service was great. Less than expected. I even said this is going to cost a lot of money. Nope they were honest. Fast and very friendly. Was expecting a hard sell nope. Just fixxed the tub cheap and fast. Will be calling again.
Anthony the tech came over and inspected our spa and we decided to get some upgrades rather than a new one, David worked everything out and we are very satisfied and happy with everything... Great Job 👍 💯 Highly recommend I have to add to this review because these guys are going above and beyond what they do. I could see other companies trying to charge us for things that are happening but these guys here come in and replace everything that needs to be done and it all goes back to the first inspection.. our heater went out now and they came back and replaced. It included in the original cost because they said they missed it but who knows.. still these guys respond. They're here. They are wonderful if you call them with a problem or an issue. Again if you need spa maintenance or a new one, give these guys a call.. again 100% Merry Christmas guys and happy New Year and thanks again!
I highly recommend this company. We live in Mississippi and order all our artesian hot tub parts and accessories. Our circuit board went out and I finally found it with them. My electrician was able to install it with their technician guidance through the phone. My hot tub is running like a charm. Im so very happy and stress free with these guys. I highly recommend them for all your spa needs.
Theses guys are awesome, second time I’ve had them fix my Spa. Thankfully they had the new pump in their truck. They fixed my issue fast, and reasonable price. But more importantly nice reminder that there is a reason there are experts. Don’t waste your time on you tube trying to fix something. After all a hot tub is for relaxing so let them fix it for you, and avoid the guess work.
I have to give a huge shout out to MinnSpas ! It is a locally owned business that sells and services hot tubs. We bought a hot tub from them a few years back and I can not say enough good things about their service ever since! Most recently I noticed my hot tub was not heating (at 630pm), we reached out vie messenger to the owners and within an hour they were here (in the freezing cold) checking it out and making sure everything was working correctly!
Our recent purchase of a new tub was easy with the helpful staff at MinnSpas! They listened to our requirements and offered insight and options. At the time of install they took the time to see that things were set up properly, and even gave us tips and suggestions that helped us adjust from our old model tub to the new one. Great service from some really nice guys! Thank you!
MinnSpas was incorporated in 2019, and we opened our first showroom that same summer.
We outgrew it almost immediately.
Within six months, our landlord expanded our space and moved us into our current location — where we’ve continued to grow our showroom, service operation, and product lineup.
